First, you need to determine whether the hydraulic oil has deteriorated and the hydraulic oil filter has expired without good maintenance.
In the case of ensuring that all other components are normal, and it can be accurately judged that the hydraulic pump regulator has failed, the hydraulic pump can be adjusted. Otherwise, the hydraulic pump can be adjusted blindly, which not only solves the problem, but also complicates the problem.
The adjustment of the hydraulic pump is divided into two situations, one is the constant power control adjustment of the hydraulic pump, and the other is the maximum output flow adjustment of the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump constant power control adjustment should be adjusted by one pump regulator and one pump regulator during adjustment, and another hydraulic pump to be adjusted cannot be loaded, otherwise the adjustment will be incorrect.
▊First stage adjustment: First adjust the first stage of the constant power control of the right pump flow, loosen the lock nut 2, and turn the adjustment screw 1 to adjust the pump output flow.
